Ron Bridgewater Lead Minister
Ron is a Brazil, IN native who has been in the ministry full time since 1993. He is married to Stacey and they have 2 sons, Nick (wife-Macy) and Garrett. Ron also has 2 grandsons, Avett and Brooks. Ron began his ministry at ECC in January of 2005 after a 10 year ministry at First Christian Church of North Vernon, IN. He enjoys IU basketball, Cubs baseball, and Cowboys football!
Lauren Lindsey K-12 Minister
After graduating from Johnson University in 2019, Lauren began serving at ECC as the Children’s Minister. In 2020, she became the K-12 Youth Minister. Lauren loves teaching God’s Word, being a friend, and spending time with her family!
Spencer Heaton Worship Minister

Spencer has been working at ECC since July 2016. He enjoys reading, baseball, and Nascar. He is married to his beautiful wife Ariah and together they have two sons; Sawyer and Riley.
